Shipping and Delivery Info

To ensure timely processing, please enter your shipping and billing information without non-English characters or emojis.

Domestic orders placed with standard shipping will process and ship within 7-10 business days. Orders placed with Expedited shipping will be delivered within 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking. We estimate an additional 10-14 business days for delivery within the continental USA and 14-21 business days for international orders.


International Customs & Duties

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

Returns Policy 


Returns & Exchanges


Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer a return for items that are received damaged.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.
